Rhubarb Sour


To craft a tangy take on a classic mix:

2 oz bourbon

 

1 oz Rhubarb Honey Shrub

.75 oz lemon juice 

1 egg white

Add bourbon, lemon juice, rhubarb honey shrub and egg white to a shaker. Dry shake. Fill shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with 3 dashes of bitters. Cheers!
