Bourbon Peach Smash
To craft this a sensational summery drink mix:
2 oz bourbon
1 oz Peach Lemon Shrub
4 mint leaves
Top with soda water
Add shrub and mint leaves to the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Gently muddle. Add bourbon, fill the shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and a peach slice. Cheers!
