Peach Collins

To craft a flavorful version of a classic collins mix: 

1.5 oz gin or vodka

1 oz Peach Lemon Shrub

1 oz lemon juice

Top with soda water

In a tall glass filled with ice add gin or vodka, shrub, and lemon juice. Stir. Top with soda water and stir again. Garnish with a lemon wheel. Cheers!
