Stone Fruit Bellini

To craft a sweet and refreshing peach bellini mix: 

1 oz Peach Lemon Shrub

4-5 oz champagne

In a champagne flute or stemless wine glass, add shrub and slowly add half the champagne. Stit to combine. Add the second half of the champagne. Cheers!
